When you click the number, take note on which direction is spins. You have to move the hand in that direction (clockwise or counter clockwise) for it to work.

Yeah, that worked for me, but it took a couple of tries.

how do you get it to work it wont work on mine?

IPHONE PEOPLE!!! What did was touched all the numbers on top and then when I started the clock I didn't take my finger off the screen and just went through the numbers. And it worked. Try that if you're still stuck.

This one is such a pain. No matter how fast or slow i do this, the hand always jumps back and forth and causes me to mess up. Even though it's quite simple, I haven't gotten this to work yet!

you dont have to spin the number above the door. i try in my samsung and it works!
