1990 Mercedes-Benz 4Matic Demo Video

I love my 300TE Wagon. It's old but it's still really nice! It handles superbly in all road conditions. It's not an off-road vehicle. That's not it's purpose. I drive with confidence in my Mercedes.

How can the center +rear diff locks BE MADE AVAILABLE AT BUTTONS inside the cabin? The 2/4wd switch should be moved inside too. But with the system in mode 3 and one front wheel in air it's still only 2wd, so should invent a front locker too .G The speaker makes a big mistake telling mode 2 is 50-50 torque distribution. It's not, in fact is 0-100% depending on axle grip: if one front wheel is in air 100% of torque is on the rear. A slight amount at start is present overcoming the rot inertia

thoes ml w163 has 4matic?

Depends on what you want.. Quttro DO NOT perform better traction wise... This 4 matic was heavy and expensive thought.

how about bmw?

That 1st generation 4MATIC, which is a REactive system. The 2nd generation and beyond 4MATIC system is PROactive and much better. And saying an "Audi" cost less to run is pretty funny. I've owned countless European cars and Audi have the most problems with drive train and transmissions.
