I then took it to a tech. person he installed marshmellow 6.0.1. Now is even worst. it freezes constantly, turns off and restarts again. it shuts down. lagssss. etc. Very frustrating. Any suggestions? SM-N910T

Sakitech... First of all I love your videos. I enjoy the way you illustrate. I need your expert opinion. I have a Note 4 (which I Love). I had Lollipop 5.1.1 but lately it was freezing, and turning off. I would just remove the battery and replace it. but then it turned off and gave me the reset/factory menu etc .etc .cont........

I just got given a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and this vid is a godsend. What really sucks though is how the menu is blue/white, i hate that. I want black/white text. Looks nicer and saves battery. Have yet to play with all its functions but this is a great vid!

don't know what phone u have but so far every where u tell me to go i have none of the options u speak of once i go there like i have no smooth on my vid settings nor do i have a device setting and to go to home screen

You should have mentioned which carrier you have, not all Note 4's are exactly alike same with all the other phones, depends on the carrier.

All those lock screen options you showed, I don't have any of them, only have two security settings which is about how I want to set up the security of the lock screen such as swipe, pattern, pin etc. That's it. I have an AT&T Note 4 running Marshmallow.
