I made a form and added a quested where a supervisor approve a task, is there any option that someone request IT Assistance and then the supervisor (only one person) can approve if the requester can get assistance or not how can I restrict other staff from click approved check box while it should be clicked by supervisor only +*****

Can Google form be used as a back-end and it have a back-up to a database. I mean if the Google form data can be link and joined to the database
