what is the digi vrm frequency for i5 6400 when I used the maximum frequency my pc doesn't boots to my os

do I have to flash the bios because I could do all the steps the same with a i7 6700 and the same motherboard but I want to make sure I don't have to flash the bios because I am not sure about it and it did not work

My CPU package temp is at 70-72c but my fans aren't running crazy and the system doesn't feel that hot should i lower voltage still?

is this a good combo? is enought to make a oc? I don´t want a extreme oc, just a slight oc for gaming.

I am running on Z170 I pro gaming with I5 6500 K @4.160 (32*130) with 1.35V plus XMP Profile on 2*8 Gskill Trident Z DDR 3200.

1-

Can you confirm that as non K proc must have a custom BIOS (which loose CPU TEMP sensor), PWM management throught QFAN may doesn't work anymore ?

I have the feeling that PWM mode in QFAN does not adjust RMP on my proc fan anymore (hence reaching Package Temp @70°c very fast).

2-

Anyway, after a new test by forcing the CPU FAN at MAX (Noctua) in QFAN I am reaching 70°c (between 66°c and 73°c). The O/C seems to be stable but I am worried by such temp.

Did I miss something or ... do I Need to review by cooling system ?
