I notice all the repair videos are boards with a main circuit board and two balance boards. I have the cheap board with just two boards. is there any repair for these boards? Can I upgrade my balance board with your kit? The sticker on the bottom of the board says Chic. The front of the board says Zipcraft. Its a cheap board all plastic. It only worked for 14 days.

My board is making a grinding noise. I took the board apart up to the sensor and I see debris or twine rapped around the rod and half in the wheel. How do I take wheel off to clean it.

I put them new blue sensor parts in and it still doesn't work. Also, my red light flashes and when I recalibrate it it still doesn't work. Can you please help me on what to do.

In motor NOT tilt sensors the sensors you see are hall effect sensors which control the phase of the motor coils in order for the motor to rotate.

If you hold down the power button to power it up in calibration mode while holding down a pedal it will fry the board for that pedal. That will be a $25 + labor mistake.
