BlueStacks\UserData\InputMapper\com.supercell.clashofclans This is the name of the file, delete all the text inside of it. The file is located inside the save location of where you saved BlueStacks. The X and Z problem is when you attempt to type any of the letters you scoll up (or down) and are unable to type them. Try using the Run option, then type "com.supercell.clashofclans" into the run option, if it shows up then continue from there :) Srsly Awkward11 gave a very good point which helped someone out, here it is: Program Data may also be a hidden file. When you are viewing your C; Drive (or main drive), click on View in the top menu. Then make sure you put a check in the box by "View hidden files". Then you should see Program Data.
