Honestly, while overpopulation is becoming a greater problem, we should still be able to survive with our rain forests, oceans, and other wild life areas in tact regardless of population. The problem isn't that there are so many people in the world that we have to feed. The problem is humans like to over indulge. You don't have to eat the best cut of steak or rarest blue fin tuna to survive. We really need to prioritize and cut our losses and become more environmentally efficient as a species.

When all the trees have been cut down, when all the animals have been hunted, when all the waters are polluted, when all the air is unsafe to breathe, only then will you discover you cannot eat money. Cree Prophecy

WOW, some people that watched this video are absolute MORONS. Clearly several of you have never freaking studied biology in your life. There is a major difference between humans slaughtering thousands and an animal going out and hunting to feed itself. We are destroying our oceans and it's extremely sad. And i get REALLY sick of people whining about "saving children of poor countries" before our animals. Gee, maybe they shouldn't have so many babies if they cant care for them! Just an idea.

Lets face it, the actual problem isn't overfishing or deep water drilling, it's overpopulation. There are 7 billion people on the planet, how do you propose feeding all those people? Or putting gas in their cars? The only solution is to reduce the human population. How many of you would be willing to recieve a vasectomy or have your tubes tied to ensure healthy and clean oceans?
