hi there, Thank you for your tutorial. however, i recently encounter a serious problem with Endnote in my word document. for some reason, one of my citations keep repeating every time when i add citation. for instance, i add a new citation like "pauleen (2001)", but " Marcus (2005)" keep repeating repeating and repeating no end. it just mess up my whole document. do you think how to solve this problem.
another serious problem is after i start using endnote my word undo function stop working. please tell me how to solve these problems? deeply appreciated. -
Just what I needed. The illustrator did a great job addressing points. Thanks!

Nice vedio

You really lost me a bit when you were explaining line spacing, but then went off explaining ACS styles and other features. I found myself mentally disrupted. But you are great at teaching Endnote nonetheless.

Hi, I have linked my citations to my bibliography (by using the bibliography format preferences), but it does not show in my word document when I am writing my report. Also, when I add citations to my text, it doesn't seem like the reference have added to my text, because the citation is not highlighted as you showed in your video.
For example, it is not highlighted but it will appear as: (Smith 2005, #1)
Thank you so much for your help. -
hi, i have a problem with my journal term list. it shows a different interface than the one showed in your presentation. instead of having the heading full journal, abbreviation 1,2,3, mine just shows 1356 terms in journal lost as the heading.
one example of the term in the list is
ACS Symposium SeriesACS Symp,Ser,ACS Symp Ser

Thank you! I'm glad you found it helpful.
I wrote my paper and everything seems fine, except for two strange things. I watched the video again to look for an answer. So I need your help, please.
1- Same reference is cited more than one time in the paper, no problem, but for two of them, they were recorded or shown in the bibliography twice as if they were different references?
I sent the paper to my supervisor more than one time per email for revision, she has Word and Endnote, but asked for unformatting the citation and I've done that, if it may explain anything to you.
2- I updated the bibliography after I've got my paper back, from revision, so the references won't get corrupted, but still I can't see any field code when I highlight the references in Word, and I can't edit unidentified imported PDF, Any advice?
I wish you a happy thanksgiving and looking forward to a reply from you, to fix this to be able to send the paper for reviewing.
All the best
