wird schon gemacht! wiederlich. temperatur steigt seit 18 jahren nicht. unser körper ist auf nanopartikel (bluthirnschranke) nicht ausgelegt. strontium und co belasten die umwelt. der alluminiumgehalt in den usa wird seit jahren um das 5000 fache überschritten. mittlerweile betrifft es alle länder....wie beim fiatmoney. Ted talks are aweful. This talk is senseless and epitomizes Ted talks:
give oversimplified solutions to complex problems to make the audience
feel good. This does nothing for oceans's amount of CO2 -

the 1991 eruption of Mount Pinatubo - referred to here by Keith - did in fact lower average
global temperatures by 0.7 degrees F--enough to mask the effects
of greenhouse gases for a year or so.
However, research funded by
the National Science Foundation (NSF)'s Division of Atmospheric and
Geospace Sciences, scientists show that the eruption also affected
rainfall over the Asian monsoon region, where seasonal storms water
crops for nearly half of Earth's population.
"Effect the planet." "Control the planet." are terms Keith tosses about as if these are strictly benign scenarios.
Has any significant bit of technological advancement ever NOT been weaponized. There are also implications about who does have and who desn't have the military power to impose geo-engineering 'solutions' to benefit the militarily priviledged, at the expense of less militarized portions of the planet.
Not to mention the impossible-to-calculate effects of geo-engineering on the incalculably complex natural world.
This geo-engineering talk (push, I'd say) has been surfacing more and more at evey level of media and politics. I reckon these fuckers are going to do it - and the same big-energy/big-money forces impeding a re-engineering of human systems will be putting the same irresistable monetary/political force behind moves to geo-engineer ... whatever the unknown or hidden costs. -
TED, please have more of these "scientists" on so we will KNOW WHO IS killing us. Let's hang David Keith and Ken Caldeira in a public forum. Perhaps on the stage of TED? How much longer are we going to watch the murder of ALL LIFE on our planet? Today? No? The IPCC "scientists" are a over-educated group of psychopaths: Paris Agreement.

Co2 does now cause the climate change we are experiencing, it has been disproved - It is the SUNS SOLAR CYCLES to which we are now going through a change period to another one, so unless you are going to fly up and spray the Sun, leave OUR world alone.... I wish people like this would fly a Chemtrailing plane and smash themselves into the Ocean... Do us all a favour.

Hard to tell where he stands but I believe:
We should NOT be trying to CONTROL nature, we should simply ADAPT with it. THAT is sustainable. Just let the earth do it's thing. We already know it heats and cools on a regular basis (millions of years). LET IT!
Create a geoengineered Ice Age? Concentrate on the poles knowing the middle (where all the people are) will suffer dramatically... but it saves the planet? Really? -
I think quantum entanglement(which happens in many more situations than we currently know) is the area we should look to. All this spraying, etc,. is 20th century thinking.
