I broke the "canafe" thing and now idk how much water to use. Can someone please help? Measure it in ml with a measuring cup or something :( The manual said that using more water than needed can cause the appliance to malfunction.

can i use skimmed milk? i tried it with skimmed milk but it didn't make any froth at all, i don't know if the problem in the machine or the skimmed milk??
