Make sure you have latest F4SE, suitable for your game runtime installed. 2. Install plugin with NMM (or other mod manager) OR extract contents of archive into Fallout4 game dir. 3. Check that place.dll is located at Data\F4SE\Plugins in Fallout4 game directory. 4. Atm I recommend using the nexus mod manger as it is easy to us, Manually downloading atm can have a few problems because of the latest patch for fallout 4. he i installed every thing like it sould but it does not work plz help?
How do you move around workshops? on the mode page it says press INS to be able to do that but nothing happens.
Im having an issue getting only the "no-red" option. Can anyone help me.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaand fuck this mod.
All i wanted to do was be able to overlap bits of fence so there weren't any ugly holes in a settlement wall i was building. What i ended up with was over two hours of fiddling with .ini and .dll files to try and get a mod to work when it clearly just doesn't want to.
The latest version of the mod (for fallout 1.8.7) didn't come with place.dll, and the nexus install wouldn't put place.ini in my data/F4SE/plugins folder. Instead, i tried every single up-to-date install manually to see if i was just doing it wrong but nothing worked, so i tried using an older version that still worked with the current version of F4SE and attempted to run first place.ini, then place.dll, then both at the same time through installing manually and then through nexus. I'm mashing every damn operating hotkey there is and i still can't overlap components.

Are there any other mods i can try for simply allowing two parts to overlap that don't have massive unlisted incompatibility issues with other mods?
i have now mods installed on my fallout but when i open the game and click on mods at the menu it always crashes my game. ive tried uninstalling and that did nothing. anyone have any idea?

You are using a newer version of Fallout than this version of F4SE supports.
If this version just came out, please be patient while we update our code.
In the meantime, please check http://f4se.silverlock.org for updates.

As someone that mods alot and knows what he's doing i cant get this working at all. I have right version, have fiddled with the hotkeys but nope! no matter what i do how i fiddle it just won't work it won't turn on. I feel like is some issue with the hot key not working properly, but i had to give up on this one as i spent hours trying to get it to work and nothing. It's a good idea but it seems to conflict with to many mods to make it useable. Since no ESM to make it load over other things this isn't really viable, it either runs or it doesn't and in my case it just doesn't.

I wish i could use this mod without using a script extender. This is a nogo for me :(
Anyway this is a really awesome mode !
