In addition to tracking your all-day activity and mapping your running/cycling/walking/hiking endeavors, the Fitbit Surge also monitors 24x7 your heart rate via your wrist (i.e. it has a built-in optical sensor). This makes the Surge one of the most capable fitness trackers and GPS watches on the market. It has a watch-style locking mechanism, automatic backlit display, and the ability to relay phone calls and text messages. The device monitors your steps, calories burned, distance traveled (GPS and pedometer-estimated), floors climbed, current heart rate, and heart rate zone. For a lot of folks, I think this might be among the best activity trackers, GPS watches, and heart rate monitors available today (as of the date of this video). ▬ DISCLAIMER ▬ RizKnows purchased this product.
