This is one of the Trackify missions in GTA Online, part of the Further Adventures in Finance and Felonies update in which you become the CEO of an illegal goods buying and selling organization. Trackify missions can be a pain in the ass because you have no way of knowing how far away a dot is until you're very close to it, so it can be hard to tell which route to take to get to it. This is why a helicopter makes it so much easier, because you can fly straight towards a dot. But what makes it even easier is if you know from the start which dot is the correct one, and in this video, you can see that there is a secret way to tell. When the Trackify app is first opened, pay close attention to the dots. Notice that from the start, there are two dots, but a second or two later, a third dot appears. The dot that represents where your cargo is will always be the dot that appears after all the others. So just wait for that dot to appear, then fly straight towards it.
