I think the best way to get rockstar to fix it is to start bothering them about it instead of waiting for it to happen on its own

They couldn't fix any of the major problems, oh but they add realism to the bikes so that if you hit a ramp, you fall off... Thank god they fixed that! (Sarcasm)

if you don't have gold it doesn't work but even with gold the same thing pops up

Yeah I have this problem. I thought it was becasue I wasn't a social club memeber so I signed up, now I'm thinking it's becasue I dont have xbl gold.
