But the milk it is not a healthy food... We need vegetables, cereals, fruits, healthy oils and sometimes a little portion of meat. That milk that they sell us it's for the calf, for their development until to be a cow or bull. Has their own hormones that they need for this phase.

The use of vitamins is doubted after study. Particularly Vitamin C and Inflammation... But at least they hint at the uselessness of vitamin supplements for healthy peolpe.

What you said about vitamin C fighting infection is actually incorrect. Vitamin C helps with iron absorption, but don't do anything to help with your immune response. This is a persistent false idea started in the 70s, but that doesn't stop it from being false.
