Disclaimer: This is intended for people who aren't entirely sure what a "game engine" is. Besides Game Maker - Clickteam Fusion is also quite good decision if you really don't want to write code but it's mainly for 2D stuff and currently a new version in works ;)

But most of them are shit because they don't use enough CPU cores and bottleneck the GPU.
