How great leaders inspire action | Simon Sinek
wie Sie tun, machen, Film, Beispiel
http://www.ted.com Simon Sinek presents a simple but powerful model for how leaders inspire action, starting with a golden circle and the question "Why?" His examples include Apple, Martin Luther King, and the Wright brothers -- and as a counterpoint Tivo, which (until a recent court victory that tripled its stock price) appeared to be struggling. TEDTalks is a daily video podcast of the best talks and performances from the TED Conference, where the world's leading thinkers and doers give the talk of their lives in 18 minutes. And We certainly gave Moses the Scripture, so do not be in doubt over his meeting. And we made the Torah guidance for the Children of Israel.
32:24
And We made from among them leaders guiding by Our command when they were patient and [when] they were certain of Our signs.
32:25
Indeed, your Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that over which they used to differ.
32:26
Has it not become clear to them how many generations We destroyed before them, [as] they walk among their dwellings? Indeed in that are signs; then do they not hear?(Q.S. 32 : 23-26) -
This can be applied in so many ways. Thank you!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this doesn't work always and the example is: Nikola Tesla And T. A. Edison.
Tesla had the "why", he believed in better future, in better tomorrow, he believed in free electricity for everyone, but he died in poverty.
Edison had the "what", he was rich and wealthy, wanted to stay rich and wealthy and died rich and wealthy. -
Must see for all business students!

This is really true. When I am interviewing job candidates I barely look at the CV and transcript. I want to know what they believe and what they're passionate about.

При этом 50 000 дали тому типу который хотел денег. То есть люди купили его проект. А Братьям Райт 50 000 не давали. То есть люди не покупали их проект. А значит фраза - Люди не покупаю что а покупают зачем вообще странная.

Amazing ...
