In this video I show you how to get to the throttle body and idle air control valve on your car, how to clean them, what are some symptoms of a dirty or clogged throttle body or IAC Valve and how they work. If you are watching this video because your car has a poor idle, in addition to this video I suggest your check for a vacuum leak, test your Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor, test your throttle position Sensor and also make sure you don't have any missfires.
