How to download and install Silverlight for Mac

yes, I have the same problem. it keeps asking to download silverlight and I already download it.

It still asks me to download Silverlight after doing it more than 5 times, restarting my laptop and deleting then re-doing... still doesn't work. I have a macbook pro and use firefox please help.
