How to Enable DirectPlay in Windows 8/8.1/10. Users reporting errors while trying to enable DirectPlay have had success by disabling their antivirus and/or Skype first. Some antivirus, such as Kaspersky and the newer Avast, do not let the user make changes to their system while it is enabled.

i can't find the Legacy components or direct play in windows feature on/off. please help!
