How To Fix Bluetooth Not Working In Windows 8.1

This works but if I turn my laptop off I have to do this again. Having to fix it every day bugs me. Isn't there a way to make it keep the settings?

Now that I got a new motherboard, bluetooth is no longer working...

Download the new BIOS and everything will get fixed.... I had this problem with the f... bluetooth for 6 months now!

I cannot uninstall my bluetooth drivers. The bluetooth is shown as a hidden device in Device Manager. I get stuck at that point. So far, nothing is helping.
