I am trying to load the new xfinity TV app to my fire tv. I have ES file explorer and am able to download the app, but when I attempt to open the file I get a black screen and it returns to the home screen. What am I doing wrong? :) Thanks for any help you can provide.

I installed on my fire tv, have chrome now, but it wont let me do anything but go into settings. Like it wont let me select or do anything. I installed a later version in the 55 series. Saw where a few said it needed to be earlier version. blew away and installed a earlier version of 54 series. Do i need a blue tooth keyboard for this to work?

Can I add a vpn extension to the browser. Mine is the generation 5 , 7 inch version. Specially need a browser and vpn as the movie site is being block by my broadband supplier. If I knew about this issue I would not have bought it. -
Its actualy fine on fire stick a bit of lag in the app but all good no crashes i got google play store aswell now i can play every game on the play store thank you for your time
