How to Install Python PIP on Windows 8 / Windows 10

use
python -m pip

Ive tried every command thats written on comment but it doesnt work
Im using powershell instead of command prompt, maybe thats the problem??
can anyone help me please

what kind of package are you downloading for pip here in the video and what can i do with it i just downloaded it for pip but i have no idea what a package does im new to python all i know is i need pip to usedjango and flaskso this is why i am here if anyone can help me out with that question thanks just needed to know what this package py -m pip install requests does cause that what package i just installed by the way im of version 3.6 in python so just typeing pip for me will not work i have to type py -m pip

when I save it to desktop it saves as a Notepad file which, when double-clicked, doesn't activate Python. Where did I go wrong?

if it does not work:

python -m pip

all u have to do it path pc to meet pip

\;C:\Python27;C:\Python27\Scripts

after that open cmd type PIP when it done now type : pip install requests
