Curious, who is the maniac who produced this shite?

This seems like the ideal exercise sport if you're just playing with a friend and not playing competitively. I'm thinking about trying it out. It does seem like it has a built-in flaw of having to move out of your way so that your opponent can have a clean shot. Seems like a enormously subjective gray area and I can't really find a similar example to this in other sports. This flaw is probably why it's not an olympic sport or not more popular in general. I suppose it's the only way it can be played though. But I definitely believe that you burn a ton of calories when playing it.

do you need to hit the ball directly at the back wall or can it rebound from a side and then hit the back? e.g. i hit the ball against the left wall, which then hits the back wall and comes back to the other player

Well produced video but God that was a fast paced video! Deliberate ploy to get more views? Or simply to mimic the pace of the game...

So what defines as "in the way" of a player? Are there no such things as accidents? Can you take advantage of this? Seems kind of broken...

This video gives me a headache. I just want a basic breakdown of the rules, but the annoying editing with stylized 'in your face' angles makes it hard to concentrate on what the guy is saying.
