PowerShell Command: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml" -Verbose} If you are having issues with Microsoft Edge, this tutorial will walk you through how to basically re-install Microsoft Edge back to a clean, factory state. This method is not as straight forward as, say, resetting Internet Explorer, but the end result is practically the same.

This procedure repaired my Edge browser that wasn't working. I ran the Powershell command before rebooting and after a reboot MS Edge worked again. I was getting the error message "Hmm, we can’t reach this page" when starting the browser Home page and also every url I typed in.
