Thank you for your time creating. I had found several players at yard sales and wanted to see my uncle whom drowned over fifty years ago. My grandfather had said that he was in a silent film but since my grandfather was bound to the downstairs in a wheelchair nobody else was certain where the film's safekeeping was. He passed fifteen years ago and my family members decided it was time to redecorate. The lost films have been rediscovered. With your help I now may be able to see what I had to imagine beforehand. Thank you again, and maybe I should express that the movies were of family events, not the tragedy. My uncle was 14, so it has only been memories for all until the are played. Thanks so much.

Thanks for this, I'm sure it will come in handy! I plan on using my Nikon DSLR to telecine my super 8's once I get some footage shot and processed. So many possibilities in filmmaking with super 8, can't wait to dive in..

thanks alot for this video it was a real help :) just got my dads old super 8 projector working and playing a film. will transfer a large pile of 40+ year old film of his holidays in europe to dvd for him once the gear I sent for arrives in the post :)
