I've always wanted to film a single crop all the way through it's growing season. I thought hybrid cabbage would be an interesting crop to do this with, because it has a long growing season and has a lot of inputs and labor involved with growing it. You look like Tom Brady of the New England Patriots
-
have you thought about different colour trays for the male and female plants?
-
That is a beastly looking tractor
-
have you still been using the gopro or have you got another camera? quality is looking good.

Wow, that was really interesting. Hey, what kind of cabbage was that, what's good about that hybrid, and what seed company gets it? Are you allowed to say? Thanks a ton for this.

Found yr YouTube channel by accident, watch this video until the end eventho I'm not a farmer but it's interesting one to keep on watching till the end.

Excellent videos. Very cool to see the work you do. Nice job documenting it. Where in the valley are you guys located?
-
Another great video Justin, I really enjoy your project videos, but it's also cool to learn about the equipment and processes on the farm. Keep up the good work!

It takes planning and determination to make a video spanning a year. Excellent. I'm liking your videos but it was this one that spurred my subscription.
-
Love your videos dude :) Question: I love organic food however it's obviously more expensive, do you think the majority of this higher expense is due to lower yields?
-
Where did you get your intro beat?
-
Hey bud, I enjoy your videos. Mostly I enjoy the build videos but it's all been interesting. Thanks for sharing
-
I enjoyed watching your hair change as much as watching the cabbage.
-
did you already think about reducing tillage? Or to put plant cover crops between cultures?
I say that because I see that water does not enter your ground from December probably because the soil is not structured ..

Less close ups of your face, more camera work on the field and plants. Show close ups of the plants when you're talking about them dying. Don't need to have your face forefront and the field in the background in most shots.
-
Why are you planting an equal amount of males and females? Won't planting more females give you a bigger yield?
-
Very interesting, I hope in future videos you answer some questions like how many acres is it? and how many crops do you grow? What are the various pieces of equipment and how do they work? I know a bit about ranching but this seed farming is quite different.
