HyperX Cloud II how to get 7.1 audio on the PS4

funny things is ... official HyperX website say " Compatible – USB connectivity for PC & Mac. Stereo compatible with PS4 " That's how serious they are about they own stuff

i just bought mine, and the sound isnt so loud, how do i volume them higher?

the control box works with the ps4?

Is it possible to DAMAGE ps4 OR the headset while using it on ps4 with USB, 7.1 etc??

7.1 works fine with my ps4. I'm having problems with the volume controls not working. has this happened with you ?

surround, sound does not work I have tried and it's true that all you get is enhanced audio. Def not surround sound. I have gotten myself a mixamp to solve this issue

Thanks for the video, may be late to the party but I just got mine yesterday and before seeing this video I contacted Hyper X tech help and they even said that it will not work on PS4, do they not know their own product? I will try and hook it up through the USB later to see if I can get it to work. I am disappointed that there is no way to control the volume though, did not know that before purchasing them, but that is only downside. Most comfortable headset I have ever had by far. Connected to the PS4 controller it a pretty low volume, maybe it makes me concentrate harder, but excluding the volume right now, I am getting older so need louder volume, these are great

My 7.1 button remains lit (on). I cant turn it on and off. Do you know why?

I only have one wire for my headset I don't think this is the one I have but what is the one with only one cable connected to the headset
