Install R packages in Windows

Thanks for the video! That helped me a lot. I've tried so long to install packages via command prompt, but it never worked. This one works fine, thanks!

This video is not informative. For example, if you're required to go through a proxy, what exactly do you have to set up so that the package can be installed?

I select the cran mirror (I live in turkeyi and I select US(OH) as you do), but then I see: warning unable to access index for repository ** Warning: unable to access index for repository http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/RWin/bin/windows/contrib/3.1
Error in install.packages(NULL, .libPaths()[1L], dependencies = NA, type = type) : 
  no packages were specified
In addition: Warning message:
In open.connection(con, "r") :
  unable to connect to 'cran.r-project.org' on port 80.
