Hi! I follow your step in installing the plug ins on the browser (i'm using mac too) but it seems it the zotero doesn't show up in my word, oh and btw I'm installing the safari one, but I did try the firefox one, still no zotero in my word, is there any specific word that i need to have or there is some step that i miss doing it, thanks :D
