Don't waste your money on junk like this from the Pharma industry. If you want to stop smoking, get vaping. I quit a 35 year tobacco habit instantly by using an ego starter kit. I have 4 days with no cigarettes ,4 days its big thing for me.The inhaler help me when I have cravings,I use a cartridge for two days.Even if I smoked 20 years the 15 mg nicotine inhaler its too strong for me.I hope I never smoke again. Good luck to everyone.

I drink a lot of coffee trying to quit, i find it helps with the taste etc ..

I don't know if this guy knows this but, these products DO NOT WORK. They are a billion dollar industry based entirely on the outrageous lie that nicotine addiction can be cured with nicotine.

any substitute that contains nicotine just prolongs the quitting.. as it's not smoking that you want to quit, it's the nicotine addiction. this is really pointless as the nicotine leaves the system within 3 hours
