iOS 8 HEALTH APP TUTORIAL

This app is so bad like dude I don't have the dashboard and it actually donest work it won't track anything I do (it won't let me get there)

How is this tracking my steps wtf?

How does it know your carbs and stuff

Do you need a app to support it or does it works by itself and you have to wait for it to load your steps per hour

I'm a kid and want to get fit and is this app useful for that with the apple watch

It's brilliant. The sleep analysis everyone knows how to use. I've seen loads of questions about how to get sleep analysis to work on the health app , everyone responds with how good it is....yet fail to answer the question. Giving up on it. Emperors new clothes. Yes the sleep app is amazing.

hey, i was wondering if you were able to help me setup the health app on my apple watch, it sais i need to change data settings on the apple watch app for me to be aple to pair them, do you know way of having my watch to connect?
