For all iOS and iPhones 5 - 7+s one solution that work is

1= to unplug your phone while using fingerprint.

2= restart your phone, clean finger or home button.

my iphone 6+ is also same problem its not working finger print i try to make new id but its not working my phone is not scanning finger print no any error i dont no whats a problem i rest my mobile can any body help me
the iphone 6s touch id is shit. Ive gone through two of the phones. Both work very well for the first 3 months then they just stopped working.Sometimes its work and sometimes is not please i need help
