Jawbone UP3 Fitness Tracker Review & Comparison

I bought it 6 months ago, that's how long it worked for me.. issues started when app showed I was sleping when I was actually active. Wrote to support. Never received reply for assistance. It is says connected but does not track any activity. It tries to synch and phone get expremely hot.. sad it didnt last even one year :( so dispointed...

Will it work with the Samsung S health app?

If I leave my phone behind somewhere, will it still monitor and store the data till I am able to sync it with my phone?

Kind advise: stay away from this piece of shit. I have bought this and got cheated. Its silicon strap is of substandard quality hence it broke in 5 months of usage and the lock clip also broke in 2 months of usage. Reported this to Jawbone support multiple times through Email and through twitter. Never received a response though it is covered under warranty and I lost my money. There are many facing this problem with up3. God bless!

It's not stated anywhere but I'm guessing the UP 3 has a feature where it not only tracks your sleep but also wakes you up when you're in a light sleep phase with an alarm or vibration. Is that right?

Does it use GPS to track distance? If so, is it relatively accurate?

really want this.., however a huge downside is it doesn't display the time and I need that at work...

I need this for one purpose: sleep tracking and the accompanying smart alarm. Do you think it's accurate in those two aspects?

nice review. some constructiv critic here. you should do some vocal warm ups before you record. the amount of vocal fry in your voice can be a little unpleasant

I actually lost my Jawbone UP3. It fell off in Europe twice. Once, I heard it fall and put it back on. The second time, I did not notice it. All that money and a lost band that is not part of the limited warranty. How do we address the fact that in activity the band may be dislodged and lost?

Hi Andrew. Could i check my heart rate whenever i choose to with the UP3? Also, has there been any update with those extra sensors?
