The Jawbone UP3 has one of the best software fitness platforms/apps on the market. But is it enough to support this flagship fitness tracker? You be the judge! Hi! I'm wandering, if it records sleep accurately and if you can enter manually your awake times during the nights. I'm a horrible sleeper and I need something to help me out!
-
how do you wake the silver cross one

I actually just got this. I downloaded the new app and for whatever reason, I'm not getting the Heart icon on the top for the home screen. Is anyone else having that issue?

Kind advise: stay away from this piece of shit. I have bought this and got cheated. Its silicon strap is of substandard quality hence it broke in 5 months of usage and the lock clip also broke in 2 months of usage. Reported this to Jawbone support multiple times through Email and through twitter. Never received a response though it is covered under warranty and I lost my money. There are many facing this problem with up3. God bless!

I think ending a review saying you could do better for the money is a bit off putting I you don't then offer that information.

it doesn't measure your heart rate while exercising !! Waste of money

I bought a fitbit flex a month ago or so. I've been using both the UP app and the fitbit app and there is absolutely NO comparison! The fitbit app isn't even worth the money I paid for it (free) and I can't say enough good about the UP app. While the fitbit flex is ok, I'm wanting more. I want a fitness tracker that will measure my exercise heartrate while I run, walk, lift weights, etc; give me feedback on my sleep; measure my steps; allow me to enter calories in and do an accurate job of measuring calories burned--and integrate with the UP app. Does such a thing exist?

The clock where I log my workouts is an hour behind. It makes it a pain to log workouts. How can I get the correct time in there.
Also, my stopwatch doesn't do anything. I can start and stop it, but it doesn't show me the elapsed time, or apply it to anything. So, what's the point of the stopwatch? -
I am using an up 3 with windows phone. I cant see the menu on the app how do I get to that?

I just discovered your channel and I've literally spent a good hour watching your reviews and reading other "professional" reviews from media places like CNET, Consumer Reports, etc. I must say I enjoy your video's more.
I do have a question though. I'm currently using a Jawbone UP3, but wanted to test out the Apple Watch, I purchased it a couple days ago and I can't decide if I wanna keep the Apple Watch or not. Part of me like the Jawbone UP3 more, and the other part the Apple Watch.
Wearing them both is an option, however wearing my Jawbone on my dominant hand cause a huge jump in false positive steps. So at this point it's just a sleep tracker since the Apple Watch doesn't make it that long.
What's your recommendation. Return the Apple Watch, get a different fitness tracker that provides heart rate or just use them both. Or just return and keep the Jawbone.
Advice appreciated.
Thanks and you have yourself a new subscriber. -
Forget this if you are sight impaired because of the way you have to charge it .

Hi, amazing reviews. Really the best ones I've watched.
I am really confused as to which band to buy. I am mainly looking for three things: good and automatic sleeping track; good calorie counting for cardio/hiit (gym/indoors) exercises; and alarms that control idle time. Could you help me choose one? Thank you!! -
Good review. Now that the features have updated (i.e. continuous heart rate monitoring) are you going to do an updated review?? I'm really thinking of getting one.
