Started the shred about 2 weeks ago but was not doing it everyday like I was supposed to. So I decided to start over as of 5 days ago I've been doing this straight and I can definitely see the definition in my arms and can keep up much better. As of Weds of next week I'll be on level 2. Let's do this!

I had to do this a few times before I could actually class it as "day 1" Because I could barely get half way through when I started 😂

It is so hard for me to do push-ups💔 btw it's my first day working out but I couldn't do even one push-up, squats and cardio are almost okay for me but I push-ups are really hard😭
