Hi,
For some reason I can not get my karcher 2.21 to suck in detergent.
I have set the wand to the lowest "mix" setting and even used the rotating brush to no avail.
It only sucks in some detergent for a second or two when I start the washer and then stops.
Any advice on how to resolve this problem will be much appreciated.

can I use bucket of water rather than the tap for it don't have access to a running hose straight from a tap

where can i get the rotating pencil jet from?

How I could lower the pressure in order to use  detergent?

How close can you hold the jet to a car, for example, without damaging paintwork etc?

Do you really know how the detergent hose works ?
 

Assuming you're using the correct lance for the washer, there may be something in the lance causing a partial blockage of the jet, so try clearing the lance or replacing it.

Anyone got any idea why my karcher pulsates when high pressure is on ..it only happens when the high pressure is on. When I take of the high pressure hose the water runs through it no problem.thanks in advance
