LG V10 prooximity sensor doesn't work!! please help me!!

Months ago after work, hands full of everything I clumsily put smartphone into pocket and as I go to my appartment the smartphone falls out and onto concrete pavement. I usually thought how come people break their phones, now it was my turn.
Screen smashed, OK, had it replaced (someone was cheeky enough to charge me extra 10 pounds for it was different version, no it was not), however the screen went on and off on its own.
Guys refused to do anything, the repairers I mean. Got on here..didnt give me to choose the AAT or MT (automatically gave AAT) and had no inventory item..however, after additional reboot, it seems to have fixed it...with exception to calls which i cant hang on my own still...yet still improvement. thanks ...will keep googling to fix it
I assume i should get rid of anxiety that i will mess up something and pay double that ....google first and foremost ...err, I mean YouTube :D

What if I do not have the option for MT on Device Test? I seem to not have it

my phone is LG G4 sprint and sometimes the power button is not working even when I got a call the screen is still black so I can't see who is the caller when the problem is happening I should pull out the battery and put it again
as I said before this problem sometimes happens not always what should I do?????

also while doing the proximity test be in a mid to well lit room! if you did a front housing swap DO NOT FORGET THE RUBBER PROXIMITY COVER LIKE I DID! IT WILL FAIL THE TEST AS MOST SWAP VIDEOS FAIL TO INCLUDE THAT STEP!

it worked! i had problems with double tap wake up screen and it was fixed after calibrating the sensor.
