My lg g watch r gets stuck in a boot loop and when it finally gets out of that it says setup not responding cans you help me ps lg told me to reset it it didn't work

Do you always need an internet connection to receive notification like text message or calls? And can you add an event in the agenda wthtou wifi or internet and it will sync on the phone when you will have a connection?
