i've downloaded the mendeley, unfortunately it doesnt work in my mic.off.word even i have installed on. what is the problem causing?

I have a question. Given that I have used a particular reference more than once in a report the bibliography keeps making two of that particular same reference. How can I get rid of that?

Hi.am struggling to change citation style"within txt", eg I wanna write Becker(1992) but mendeley shows (Becker, 1992)!! Can anyone suggest how to correct that? Thanks...
