Hi, have you turned on POP in Yahoo mail. You have to turn that on before you can receive emails in Outlook. In Yahoo look in the Top-Right corner, you will see the SETTINGS button, click it. And choose MAIL OPTIONS. From the Left click on POP & FORWARDING. On the right click on the 1st option "Access Yahoo mail via POP." Next to this option there is Question Mark if you wanted to read more about the settings. Hope this helps.
