In this clip I show you how to import a flat text file into NAV, using an XMLPort. It also covers how to use a -flattened- data set, where you have data from two different tables on the same line in the text file, in this case the Purchase Header and Purchase Line tables.

There may be but this is about using XMLPorts. You can use the FILE handling options in a report or codeunit, you can also use Dataports in pre NAV2013 which will be easier but you do need to know what you are doing, they look simple but can be trouble in some cases. Nice tutorial, however is there an easier way to import a simple csv file into navision?
