Check your android version in Setting/About device 2. Go back to setting/security then tick Unknown Sources. 3. Go to your browser, google "Google play services" and go to the site instructed in the video http://adf.ly/1cxrs9 4. Select the latest Google play services corresponding to your Android's version and download it/run. e.g. Google play services 9.0.80 (Android 4.4+) 5. Run and enjoy *Note:* I have Android 5.0 lollipop but downloaded Android 4.4 of Google play service version and it worked fine for me READ!!!: You May Need to update Google Maps as well ====================================================== *If your still having problem check the following:* Did u disable mock locations in developer mode? setting/about device, tap 7 times on build, back tap developers option turn it on, disable mock locations ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ *To allow installation: * Allow unknown source by going to setting/security/tick unknown source. Then download google play services and install it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ *If you can't see google login option then:* Uninstall the pokemon go app then reinstall and set your date of birth greater than 16 years of age. e.g. 1/1/2000 or 1/1/1999 or Go to setting/app manager/tap on pokemon go app/ click clear data. Then go out and open the pokemon go app then set your date of birth greater than 16 years of age. e.g. 1/1/2000 or 1/1/1999 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ *App not installed error:* Hi you can install it by doing the following: Go to setting, then general and tap on security, from here click on device administrators and untick the Android device manager. Now go to setting, then general and tap on application manager, slide to the all apps section, Then scroll down until you find "google play services", click on it and tap "uninstall update" and click yes. if it doesnt have "uninstall update" then tap on disable and it should tell you to delete data, tap yes (always uninstall updates or delete its data if it doesnt work for this tut) now install google play services through this tutorial. Now you can install google play services. ===========MAC FIX (99.9% fail rate why not)========== I am not sure about mac users since I do not own an iPhone but you can try... 1.
