Razer kraken 7.1 - do they work on PS4 - best headphones

so why i cant switch 7.1 sound on ps4, it shows only 5.1 option, I have turtle 520

can someone pls help me when i plug in my razer kraken 7.1 chroma nothing happens AT ALL like nothing no reaction from the console, or any color from the headset, ive tried plugging it in and out but still nothing, please help me!
BTW I HAVE PS4 SLIM

will this work on xbox one?

I can Confirm these Headphones work perfectly on PS4 Pro. I just tested it. I use these headphones on both my PC and PS4. These are awesome headphones. Just a shame xbox one S. Doesnt let you use these headphones.

Both of the USB ports work and the headset works as well but my ps4 does not detect my headset? It's first work on my ps4 but on everything else. Same headphones on the video as well

So, I have a Razer chroma for about 1 or two years now. And I don't know if I should buy a new pair of the same or another one, if anyone has any suggestions or ideas please comment below, Thank you.

are these the 7.1 classic or the 7.1 pro's if its the classic does the mic mute and un-mute on the ps4?

Just curious can you download razor synapse to the ps4 to tweak the headset even more?
