but it shows space has been used???

I'm sorry. I must be a dunce. HOW does one transfer date, say pix and videos from the phone to the flash? Yes, might appear easy to you, but I'm clueless here. Just opened the package. Plugged it in. See everything you're seeing, but how do you navigate through getting things off the phone onto the flash. I guess I need hand-holding, please.
