I'm so excited to know how to take screen shot, i had a problems with my phone in case i thought it doesn't have screen shot. thank yoi so much

My S6 Edge will not do this, any idea why?

Thank you, for some stupid reason my phone wouldn't recognize my thumb print, my backup password and also my email saying invalid, when I've signed in with all previously. 
I've had this phone for 1 day. and already this stupid problem occurred but it's common. doing this also didn't effect my contract which worried me it might, so thank you, you saved me.
But also worrying knowing how easy it is to unlock it if stolen.
