Tried Runtastic but liked S Health better overall. Liked how you can customize the S Health home screen and liked the map better on S Health than Runtastic

I love the step cometition feature. I am walking against one of my co-workers.
I am trying to loose weight and this app really motivates me. I need competition to be able to keep focus.

What does the select unit and set intake amount mean?

I have the s4 and I don't need anything but my phone and this app

well it makes sense that you should pair it with a fitness device.....

I enjoy using it too. It's very easy and appealing to use. Just wish I could link my fitbit too it. the fitbit app is just horrible.

I have this on my S6 and it's very helpful. The sleep tracker is a welcome addition in this app
