Im trying to use this for warthunder but it won't record the screen when i go full screen into warthunder. Any ideas on what to do?

Messed up program, don't download it. It gave me error codes if I tried recoding anything over 5 minutes, just wasted so much of my time.
Oh and plus when i do the same file it forces me to do it says i cant reach file or something.
when i try to do save with a file i cant do it because when i press the save button it just opens up the file and then when i press save again it takes me to the folder in that one. Plz help.
why is the screen black after recording, please help!!
