Sensor problems on Nokia Lumia 930

This is a movie showing the sensor problems I have on my Nokia Lumia 930, which is a wonderful phone if it wasn't for these problems. I'm sending it for repair now and made this movie to show the the issue. In short - When making a call the screen goes blank, and double-tap to wake up phone doesn't work unless I first press hard in the upper right corner on the screen. I have microsoft lumia 535. when the lcd screen broke I have changed the lcd screen and it has giving me black screen when I make a call, my question is how did u solve it. email me rabihmoumneh@hotmail.com

Its called the proximity sensor which is causing all the problems. I have worked on and repaired many types of phones over the years so happy to share what I know.
Three options that you may have are:-
1) Take it back to the store if still under warranty or even just try your luck.
2) Claim on any insurance that may cover your phone.
3) Which would be for most cases is to fix it yourself which just a little super glue.
I say super glue as this is what they use most of the time as it is a known fault what they like to fix quickly.
You will need to take you phone apart, you can find instructions on the internet. Once you have it apart locate the proximity sensor and with a very small amount of glue set it in place. Now if you don't like the idea of glue then you will need to fix it in place via electrical tape doubled up or something to stop it moving as this is a pressure issue.
I hold no responsibility if you glue you fingers to your phone or just balls it up.
It can be fix and you may find taking it into your local shop for repair and telling them the actual fault, that they may be able to do it cheaply. -
i have this problem and they give me a new one the next day. i was thinking maybe the phone overheats and maybe the heat was trapped because i put a harcase on, it would be really REALLY hot if i'm opening youtube or instagram : hence the screen bent because of the trapped heat. do you think this could happened?

I am having the same issue, I think this is the problem of the glue that stick screen and whatever inside. Don't know if the high cpu temperature melt the glue or what is wrong with the hardware design. Have no idea what to do with my 930 now.
